With the rapid growth in our textbook adoptions at Douglas College, we’ve taken the opportunity to look back and share this increase through data visualization from 2014 to 2020.

OER use at Douglas College has steadily increased, with a notable jump in 2018 and another large increase in 2020. This data also indicates that the sciences are the heaviest users of OER materials, with Biology and Physics alone representing over a third of the OER usage.

With our recent ZTC Business Grant from BCcampus we can look forward to a large increase in that area.
